Altaf Ahmed is the Blockchain Architect & Lead Developer at Fair Organization, leading the design and deployment of Fairchain—a production-grade Layer-1 blockchain powering the company's crypto and real estate innovation platform. Altaf engineered Fairchain's hybrid Proof-of-Stake/Proof-of-Work consensus mechanism, achieving 1,000+ TPS with zero downtime, and designed the fairconsensus module with asynchronous transaction flow, committee rotation algorithms, and sophisticated tokenomics managing the FTC token ecosystem.
Prior to Fair Organization, Altaf developed DeFi protocols, cross-chain interoperability solutions, and enterprise blockchain systems. He holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Yeshiva University, a Bachelor's in Computer Science from PES University, and is a Certified Blockchain Developer with IEEE-published research in decentralized systems.
